Kristen joined Red Rock Pharmacy in 2022, initially as an extern—but it didn’t take long for her to realize she had found her place. “I loved the vibe so much I never left,” she says, and we’re so glad she didn’t! From day one, Kristen has brought positive energy and dedication to our Tempe branch, making a lasting impact on both her team and our patients.
What Kristen loves most about Red Rock is the strong sense of family within the company. “I love coming to work, and the day flies by with ease,” she shares. “We have a really amazing group, and I feel very lucky to have landed exactly where I’m at.” Her enthusiasm for her work shines through in everything she does. From managing the Cubex machines to compounding—both sterile and non-sterile—Kristen does a bit of everything, and she’s constantly pushing herself to learn more. Last year she completed her immunization certification, and this year she’s working on her product verification certification, taking steps toward becoming an advanced technician.
Kristen finds daily motivation in her manager, Tawny. “Watching her each day work hard, love her job, and truly care about not only her employees but also what we do here as a whole is truly inspiring,” Kristen says. That same dedication and passion shows in Kristen’s own work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Outside of the pharmacy, Kristen is a proud mom to three little boys who are her whole world. As a family, they love paddleboarding and camping—outdoor adventures that help Kristen recharge and fill her bucket.
