January Employee of the Month: Kylee

Kylee started with Canyon Home Care and moved over to Red Rock Pharmacy in 2023. She works as an Office Assistant at the Salt Lake City branch, currently participating in the Pharmacy Technician Program. Kylee joined Red Rock Pharmacy because a friend, who also works for the company, highly recommended it due to the positive work environment. Since joining, Kylee has come to appreciate the diversity within the pharmacy and the supportive atmosphere. 

What Kylee loves most about her job is the continuous opportunity to learn new skills. The fast-paced environment ensures that there are never any dull moments, which keeps her engaged and motivated. Since joining Red Rock, she has gained a deeper understanding of how closed door pharmacies operate and has completed her online pharmacy technician training. She is excited to continue growing and learning in this field.

Kylee is motivated by the supportive environment and the clear opportunities for growth that Red Rock Pharmacy offers. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, journaling, and playing the guitar. If she could eat only one meal for the rest of her life, it would definitely be Thai food.
